2023

In 2023, our annual "Day of Hope" event was an incredible success, reaching out to and positively impacting the lives of over 3,000 community members. The 2023 event, held in collaboration with Convoy of Hope, New Life Church, Heart of the City Church and Super 1 Foods, exemplified the power of coming together, compassion, and service in action.

Throughout the day, attendees were provided with not just groceries, but a sense of hope and support, as we distributed essential food supplies to those in need. The event also ensured that students were well-prepared for the school year by offering free school supplies, empowering young minds with the tools they need to succeed. Community members were given access to clothing and vital resources, offering a lifeline to those facing economic challenges. Our event featured a 'Haircuts for Hope' station, providing haircuts to enhance the well-being and self-esteem of individuals in our community.

We had about 50 volunteers from the community who came together to serve and love on their neighbors - a true testament to the strength of community and the belief that together, we can make a difference. It was a day filled with compassion, connection, and transformation! We are overwhelmingly grateful to everyone who served and help bring this vision into fruition- next year will be even better!!
